Healthy Solution
Worried about your bloating stomach, stressed shirt buttons and ever increasing hunger of taste buds? If yes, then you really need to get into shape and take a u-turn for a safe and healthy life. Being healthy is good, but not being over weight .I know that it is never easy to stop yourself from consuming tasty hamburgers, burgers, fries, chocolates and fizzy drinks. You must be really used to the junk food that’s delicious, but not healthy. You must realize that in the long run, these will do wrong to your health. So now is the time to find the right diet for yourself and plan your meal according to it.
I have successfully lost 60 pounds of fat within three months by following the diet plan of the year 2010. This is probably the most fruitful diet plan designed to burn all the unwanted fat in your body, giving you a new life. If you are seriously looking forward to lose weight, then I would like to share my diet plan with you, which I have named as “Eating Healthy Plan”. But following a healthy plan means you have to change your daily routine of high calorie intake, and eat according to the diet chart.
Following a diet plan requires sincere efforts because it is not easy to get rid of all the unhealthy fat deposited in your body, making it obese, unfit, tired and shapeless. You need to be dedicated towards your healthy lifestyle and your family’s well-being. Make water consumption necessity in your diet plan.
According to my diet plan, you need to consume 6 gallons of water for 6 days of a week. Followed by a gallon of water each day, you need to buy some groceries to satisfy your taste buds as well. But first note down the most important items for your diet plan. The list include Water, Diet coke, Crystal Light, Broccoli, Tuna (in water), Rice, Multivitamins (such as B6, B12), Flank steak, a bag of potatoes, Oatmeal (original), Tillapia, Fat free Cheese, Rice Cakes (lightly salted), Eggs, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Unsalted peanuts, Salmon (in water), Butter (only liquid), Chicken breast, Onions, peppers, strawberry and grapes.
Once you have bought all the above-mentioned items, you need to plan a three-meal course each day, using three items for each meal a day from the list. The quantity of per item in every meal per day i.e., three times a day, must not exceed more than one cup. To make it a little understandable, let’s say for breakfast, you take 6 eggs white maximum, and one cup of unsalted peanuts. For your lunch, you can have a cup of rice or potatoes with four pieces of Tillapia.
